A robot cell consists of a high pressure deburring station and an immersion rinsing station. It has a wet area and a separate equipment room. The part to be cleaned goes through a single chamber or several chambers one after the other. It stops in a certain position for an adjustable cycle time. During this time, a robot moves the cleaning part with a cleaning, rinsing, high pressure or drying nozzle.

The transfer of workpieces between the joint and the washing system and handling in the washing process are carried out by the robots. The transport takes place in parts carriers by means of chain conveyors and is positioned according to the program.

SYSTEM ADVANTAGES

The advantage of the robot cell is its enormous flexibility, as the robot can be adapted to an almost infinite number of cleaning parts and programmed accordingly. When new cleaning parts are added, nozzles, etc. are needed; this can be implemented simply and easily, using another program.
